What we collect
When you use our contact form, we receive your name and email address, your phone number and service of interest if you choose to give them, and your message. If you email or phone us, we receive the details you share.
Please keep your message general and avoid including medical records or detailed health information. We can discuss clinical details through the appropriate consultation process.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange an appointment. We do not use enquiry details for marketing.
For general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact the business. When you ask us to arrange a service, we use the information needed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Technical information is used in our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working.
The website form is intended for general enquiries. Clinical histories and detailed health information should be discussed directly with Laurence through the appropriate consultation process.
Who can see it
Only Laurence, who runs the business, has access to website enquiries.
Where it is stored
- Netlify hosts this website and stores contact form submissions in our Netlify account.
- Google Workspace provides our email. Netlify sends each enquiry as an email notification to laurence@elitehealthandperformance.org, which is stored in that mailbox.
Netlify also processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the website securely, and the contact form uses a hidden field to filter out spam.
Netlify is based in the United States, and Google may process email outside the UK, so your enquiry may be stored outside the UK. Their published data processing terms describe the safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses and UK transfer provisions where applicable. Google Maps
The map on our contact page loads only if you choose “Load Google Map”. Google then receives information such as your IP address and may set cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries in Netlify and our email mailbox while they are needed to answer your questions and arrange any appointments you request. Laurence reviews stored enquiries regularly and deletes those no longer needed for these purposes. This is a manual review process, not automatic deletion. Clinical records, if you become a client, are handled separately.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to restrict or stop using it. You may also have the right to receive your information in a portable format. These rights are subject to conditions and legal exceptions. Contact us using the details above.
